Return and Refund Policy

We at Servotech Power Systems Limited endeavor to provide the customers with the best products and services and offer products which will benefit our customers. We in general do not have any return, refund or exchange policy, however, in exceptional circumstances we may offer to return, refund or exchange the products, however the final decision lies with Servotech Power Systems Ltd. in this regard. We may offer to return, refund or exchange the product in the following circumstances:

If the customer can show that the product was damaged at the time of opening of the box, in this regard a video maybe required to prove that the product was damaged at the time of unboxing and not damaged as a result of use by the customer.

After the damaged product has been received by Servotech Power Systems Limited a decision will be taken by the company to either refund the money, exchange the product or neither refund the money nor exchange the product, as mentioned earlier, our company only refunds, returns and exchanges the products in extraordinary and exceptional circumstances and the company reserves its right to reject any request for return, refund and exchange. That if the company is satisfied after due assessment and inspection that product is not liable to be returned, refunded (money in lieu of the product) or exchanged, then the return, refund or exchange request will be declined.

Damages due to neglect, improper use, tampering, use of wrong application or any damage due to any other reason which is attributable to customer is not covered under this policy.

Once the refund or return or exchange request has been accepted, it may take up to 30 days to complete the request by the Company. The 30 days perido will start from the day when the company receives the damaged consignment. The Company is also liable to deduct any amount, charge any amount or do anything necessary for the return, refund or exchange of the products.

Any request for the return, refund or exchange shall be made within 3 days of the delivery of the product and the company will not be liable for any refund, return or exchange if any complaint or issue is raised post 3 days.

It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a customer or user shall not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Servotech Power Systems Ltd. after due verification at its sole discretion).

If the product has missing part or accessories, the company will provide missing part or accessories for the proper use of the product. The customer will be responsible for paying of the shipping cost for return or refund of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

That the terms of Sale and the Refund and return policy shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

The customer agrees that any claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms of Sale, Refund or return policy or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and Servotech Power Systems Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only and no other court will have jurisdiction and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts situated at New Delhi.
